"Koster Kulture was founded on the belief that clothing should feel deeply personal - an expression of femininity, individuality, and confidence. From the beginning, my intention was to build a brand that values thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and longevity over excess. Every collection is approached with purpose, creating pieces designed to be worn, loved and styled beyond a single season.
We work closely with our makers and suppliers to ensure each garment is produced with care, with an ongoing focus on improving our practices as the brand evolves. From consciously selected fabrications to limited production runs, every decision is made with intention and transparency at the forefront.”

ETHICS AND SUSTAINABILITY
At Koster Kulture, conscious creation informs every decision. From up-cycled and recycled fibres to multifunctional designs made to be worn and re-worn, each piece is created with longevity in mind.
Our commitment extends beyond the garment itself - partnering exclusively with recyclable and compostable packaging suppliers, while contributing a portion of every sale to global initiatives shaping a more considered future.
PACKING & DISTRIBUTION
We partner with conscious packaging suppliers to ensure every material used is recyclable or compostable. Each order is thoughtfully wrapped with paper, postcards, and swing tags - designed to feel considered from the moment it arrives.
In line with our commitment to lower-impact practices, all orders are shipped using sustainable biofuels to help reduce and offset CO₂ emissions.
MANUFACTURING
Every Koster Kulture piece is consciously handcrafted in Bali and China by a close network of artisans who share our values of quality, care, and craftsmanship.
Built on long-term relationships, our production process is grounded in transparency, ethical practice, and mutual respect.
We prioritise fair wages, safe working conditions, and small-scale production to minimise waste and reduce excess. Through ongoing collaboration with our makers, each piece carries the artistry and human touch intrinsic to the Koster Kulture ethos.
