International Duties & Taxes

As we ship from Australia, all international orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and import fees (“Import Fees”) based on your shipping address and your country’s customs regulations.

Where available, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you won’t face unexpected charges upon delivery. However, please note that some countries’ customs systems do not allow duties and taxes to be collected at checkout. In these cases, any applicable Import Fees will be charged by the relevant customs authority or carrier upon delivery of your order. These charges are determined by your local customs regulations and are outside of our control.

For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the total cost of your order.

Please note that duties, taxes, and Import Fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Disclaimer Responsibility

Once your parcel has been dispatched and is in the care of DHL or Australia Post, Koster Kulture is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. This includes parcels marked as delivered by the courier. Please contact Australia Post or DHL directly as it will be the most efficient way to track your item.
Please note that signature upon delivery is the default delivery setting for all INTERNATIONAL orders, and we strongly recommend keeping this requirement to ensure secure receipt. If you choose to waive the signature requirement, either at checkout or directly with the courier, you accept full responsibility for the safe delivery of your order.

To avoid any disappointment or delays, please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details as once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot alter these details.
