ORDERS & RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with a store credit or exchange. Please note all store credits have no expiry date.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Please note, we are more than happy to help with any issues to make sure that you are satisfied with your Koster Kulture pieces.
Returns are accepted provided the following:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days (30 days internationally)
- The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor
- The item was not purchased on sale. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty
- Return shipping costs and labels are at the expense of the customer

If you need to make urgent changes to your order, please reach out via live chat with your order number and the requested changes. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@kosterkulture.com
Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. While we will endeavour to make any adjustments to your order, if the parcel has already been invoiced out or dispatched, changes cannot be made as it becomes property of the courier company.
Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy
Please check your email as an order confirmation will be sent through to you with your order details. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact hello@kosterkulture.com and we will provide further assistance with your order process.
If you believe you have received a faulty item or your item has gone missing, we ask that you kindly email through images of the fault to hello@kosterkulture.com so our team can assist you further.

Yes we do ship internationally! We currently offer FREE express shipping with DHL. For further information regarding your order please email hello@kosterkulture.com
Australia: Australia Post
- Free express shipping (FREE) 1-4 business days
Rest of World: -DHL: Express International (FREE) 1-5 business days once dispatched
Dispatch Timeframes:
- Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be dispatched in promotional/busy periods.
- If you are in need of your item/s quickly, please leave us a note to ensure we process your order as quickly as possible.
Any applicable customs, duties or taxes are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on any possible customs and duties fees.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your shipment.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We aim to respond to all customer queries within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
For immediate support, please use our live chat or contact our customer service team between 9 AM and 5 PM AEST. Response time for chat is typically within 5 minutes during business hours.
We also monitor social media platforms and aim to respond to DMs and comments within 48 hours.
If your issue requires further assistance, we will escalate it internally. You can expect a resolution or an update on your query within 3 business days.
PRODUCT QUALITY, ETHICS & SUSTAINABILITY
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return for a store credit or exchange the item within 14 days (within Australia) and 30 days (internationally), as long as it is unworn/unused and in its original condition.
Our products are made with premium, sustainable materials designed for durability. We guarantee that each item will meet high standards of functionality, versatility and comfort for at least one year from the date of purchase.
All of our products are sourced from suppliers who adhere to the highest standards of ethical labor practices. We only partner with factories that are certified for fair wages, safe working conditions, and responsible environmental practices. We regularly audit our supply chain to ensure compliance with international labor laws and ethical sourcing standards.
Majority of our products are made from recycled or eco-friendly materials, such recycled nylon, polyester or bamboo. We are committed to producing sustainability across majority of our materials and continuously work to reduce our environmental footprint by producing in small quantities and sustainable packaging.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are processed securely, and your payment details are protected using industry-standard encryption. You will be charged at the time of order, and an order confirmation receipt will be sent via email.
If your item is deemed faulty, refunds for faulty items are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. It may take up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
