RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with a store credit or exchange. Please note all store credits have no expiry date. 

We currently do not offer refunds. 

Please note, we are more than happy to help with any issues to make sure that you are satisfied with your Koster Kulture pieces. 

Returns are accepted provided the following:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days (30 days internationally)
  • The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor
  •  The item was not purchased on sale. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty
  •  Return shipping costs and labels are at the expense of the customer 

 

RETURNS PROCESS
1. Email  hello@kosterkulture.com, placing 'RETURN' in the subject line. Please include the following details in your email to us:
  • Order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • If you would like either an exchange or store credit.
2. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Koster Kulture cannot accept any items returned worn or tampered with in any way.
3. Ship your parcel back to the address provided. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return.
4. Once we receive your return, please expect up to 3- 5 business days to process your return through either; an exchange with a new tracking number or store credit through a site wide discount code. 

 

    IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM 

    • If you have received a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your product at hello@kosterkulture.com placing 'FAULTY' in the subject. Include your order number and supporting imagery and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

    • Refunds will only be processed if the item is deemed faulty.

     

    CHANGES TO THE RETURN POLICY

    Koster Kulture reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
